Mariam brings a wealth of experience in both real estate and accounting. With a background as an auditor, she has extensive experience in financial analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, with a proven track record of driving compliance, improving internal controls, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Arc. Enyi Ben-Eboh, FNIA
Chief Operating Officer
Arc. Enyi Ben-Eboh has enjoyed a flourishing career in architecture and project management spanning about 30 years across a broad spectrum of the value chain. He became registered with both the Architects’ Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) in 1994, and was elevated to Fellow of the Institute in 2014.

Richard is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with solid and progressive experience in accountancy and financial management. He was enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2013 and was conferred Fellowship status of the Institute in December 2023.
